How to clean

Open all blades

Cover a toothpick with a piece of cloth

Moisten the cloth

Then wipe out the inside of your knife

If blades are dirty or you used them on food then wash like a dish

How to sharpen

Hold your knife against your sharpener(like a rock) at a 30-degree angle

Slice down or make a circular motion

Sharpen both sides
-
To check see if your knife will shine in light, if it is sharp then it should not shine
